I would like to share with you my favorite morning beauty routine that I've discovered and fallen in love with. As a beach lover, I am always on the lookout for simple, natural ways to glow.
Fruitful Start
I begin by using pineapple, mango, or papaya as a face mask. I like to rotate between these three fruits. This way, I get a variety of benefits:

Pineapple: Rich in vitamin C and bromelain, which gently exfoliate and reduce inflammation.

Mango: Loaded with antioxidants and vitamins A and E, which nourish and protect my skin.

Papaya: Contains papain, an enzyme that breaks down dead skin cells and unclogs pores.
I apply a piece to my face and neck and let it work its magic.
Coffee Time
While I wait, I enjoy a cup of hot coffee. It is the perfect way to start my day!
Coconut Oil Love
Next, I apply coconut oil to my face and neck. I love using the cold-pressed, unrefined kind from Trader Joe's ($4.99!). It moisturizes and nourishes my skin beautifully.
But that's not all! I also use this amazing coconut oil as:

All-over body moisturizer after showering, leaving my skin soft and hydrated

Hair mask to nourish and condition my hair
Massage and Glow
I gently massage the fruit juice and coconut oil mixture into my skin for 3-5 minutes. Then, I rinse with my regular face wash, and voilà! My skin looks radiant and healthy.
